Terms and Conditions

Last updated: July 31, 2026

These Terms and Conditions govern orders placed through ProSoftStore. By submitting an order, you confirm that you have reviewed the selected product, version, price, delivery method, system requirements, and the conditions below.

Important before ordering: software is delivered digitally; the customer must select a compatible product and version; and digitally delivered orders are normally final after the download links and installation materials have been sent.
Key order conditions
  • One-time payment for the selected version, with no recurring store charge.
  • Manual order review and digital delivery by email within up to 24 hours.
  • Installation package, instructions, and activation included where required.
  • Compatibility must be checked before ordering.
  • Email installation support is included; remote assistance may be a separate paid service.

1. Store and Scope

ProSoftStore is the store name used on this website. These terms apply to software products, installation packages, instructions, delivery services, and support supplied through prosoftstore.com and its product subdomains.

Product-specific information on the relevant product page forms part of the order description, including the product name, edition, version, platform, included components, price, and system requirements.

2. Eligibility and Authority

You must be legally able to enter into the transaction. If you order for a business, school, employer, client, or other organization, you confirm that you are authorized to place the order and that the intended use complies with that organization’s requirements.

3. Products and Order Scope

An order covers the product, edition, year, build, and version identified on the product page and confirmed in the order. It does not automatically include another edition, later annual release, optional module, operating-system version, or related product unless specifically stated.

Products are supplied as complete working versions rather than time-limited trials or demos. The exact modules and components can differ between products and versions and are determined by the listing.

No physical CD, DVD, USB drive, printed manual, or retail box is included.

4. Ordering and Manual Review

Orders are submitted through the website and reviewed manually. You must provide an accurate, working email address and verify the product and version before submitting the order.

ProSoftStore may request additional information reasonably necessary to confirm or fulfil an order. The store may decline or cancel an order before delivery if the product cannot be supplied, the order information is incomplete, payment cannot be confirmed, or fulfilment would be impractical.

5. Prices and Payment

Prices are shown in US dollars unless a page clearly states otherwise.

Payment methods and instructions are described on the Payment Information page or in the order reply. The total price for a multi-product order may include an applicable discount.

A one-time purchase has no recurring ProSoftStore subscription charge, automatic renewal, or annual store fee for continued use of the purchased version.

6. Digital Delivery

Delivery is made by email after manual order review. The delivery email contains download information and installation instructions. Please allow up to 24 hours after payment confirmation and completion of any required review.

You are responsible for checking the inbox and spam or junk folder associated with the email address used in the order. Contact support if delivery has not arrived within 24 hours.

If ProSoftStore cannot deliver within the stated period, the store may request your agreement to a delay, offer an available alternative, or cancel and refund the affected order.

7. Activation and Manufacturer Services

Activation is included where required for the selected product. You must follow the instructions supplied with the order. ProSoftStore does not publicly disclose the internal activation process.

Unless a product page expressly states otherwise, the purchase does not include a manufacturer account, manufacturer registration service, manufacturer subscription, or manufacturer technical support. Support supplied by ProSoftStore is described in Section 9.

8. Compatibility and System Requirements

You are responsible for selecting a version compatible with the operating system, processor architecture, memory, storage, graphics hardware, display resolution, and other requirements shown on the product page.

Where a page lists several releases, requirements may be grouped by version range. The requirements for one range do not automatically apply to earlier or later releases.

Operation on an unsupported operating system or unsupported hardware is not guaranteed. An older product designed for an earlier Windows version may require that older environment. A newer product may require an operating-system or hardware upgrade.

Contact support before ordering if you require a specific older version and the intended environment is uncertain. Assistance may be offered, but compatibility outside the listed requirements cannot be promised.

9. Installation Support

Standard installation support is provided by email. To receive useful assistance, send the product and version, the operating-system version, screenshots of the complete error, and a description of the steps already completed.

Support will review the supplied information, check the installation sequence, and suggest reasonable troubleshooting steps. The customer must cooperate with troubleshooting and provide requested technical details.

Remote assistance may be available in exceptional cases as a separate service and may involve an additional fee. It is not included automatically with every order.

10. Reinstallation and Devices

ProSoftStore does not impose a fixed reinstall limit or store device-count limit for the purchased version. Every computer used must meet the requirements for that version.

You are responsible for keeping installation files and instructions in a safe location and for complying with any rules required by your employer, school, client, or applicable law.

11. Updates, Service Packs, and Later Versions

Patches, maintenance packs, and service packs for the purchased yearly version may be provided at no additional charge when they are available and listed by the store.

A later annual version, major release, different edition, or separate product is not included and requires a separate order.

Unless the product page clearly states otherwise, a listing identified by a service pack, update, or maintenance pack refers to the complete version incorporating that update, not a standalone patch requiring a previous purchase.

12. Download Links, Archives, and Backups

Installation packages may be supplied as self-extracting RAR archives and may be divided into multiple numbered parts. You must download all required parts, keep their names unchanged, place them in the same folder, and start extraction from the first volume.

You should keep a personal backup of the downloaded package and instructions. Replacement download links may be issued at no additional charge after the original order is verified and the files remain available.

Download or CRC errors should be reported promptly. ProSoftStore may replace affected archive parts or provide a new link.

13. Cancellations and Refunds

13.1 Cancellation before delivery

Contact support immediately if you need to cancel. An order may be cancelled if download links and installation materials have not yet been sent. Cancellation cannot be guaranteed once fulfilment has started or delivery is complete.

13.2 Finality after digital delivery

Digitally delivered orders are normally final after the download links and installation materials have been sent. Digital materials cannot be returned in the same condition as physical goods after access has been supplied.

13.3 Situations that are not normally grounds for a refund

  • ordering the wrong product, edition, year, build, or version;
  • changing your mind or no longer needing the software;
  • completion, cancellation, or change of the intended project;
  • attempting installation on an operating system or computer that does not meet the listed requirements;
  • expecting an older version to work on a newer unsupported operating system;
  • declining to follow the supplied installation or reasonable troubleshooting steps;
  • expecting services or components not stated in the listing, including manufacturer registration or manufacturer support.

13.4 Problems with delivery or the supplied order

If the delivered product or version does not match the order, a link is inaccessible, or files are incomplete or damaged, contact support promptly. ProSoftStore will first attempt to correct the order, replace the affected files, restore access, or provide troubleshooting assistance.

If ProSoftStore cannot deliver or correct the ordered product within a reasonable period, the store will review the order for an appropriate replacement or refund. An approved refund will normally be sent through the original payment method where possible; payment-provider processing times are outside the store’s control.

13.5 Mandatory rights

Nothing in these terms limits consumer rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under the law applicable to the transaction.

14. Availability, Pricing, and Listing Errors

Product availability, versions, and prices may change. ProSoftStore may correct obvious typographical, technical, version, or pricing errors before delivery.

If an ordered product cannot be supplied as described, the store will explain the issue and may offer a corrected version, an available alternative, or cancellation and refund of the affected order.

15. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • provide accurate order and contact information;
  • review the product, version, included components, price, and requirements before ordering;
  • use a supported and properly maintained operating system and computer;
  • follow the supplied installation instructions and reasonable troubleshooting steps;
  • maintain backups of important personal or business data before changing software or system settings;
  • use the supplied product in accordance with applicable law and any rules imposed by your employer, school, or client;
  • avoid sharing private order links or installation materials publicly.

16. Trademarks and Site Content

Product names, company names, logos, and trademarks mentioned on this website belong to their respective owners. They are used to identify the products and versions described by the store.

Text, layout, graphics, and other original website content created for ProSoftStore may not be copied or republished for commercial use without permission, except where applicable law permits otherwise.

17. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

ProSoftStore provides the selected product, delivery materials, and support as described in the order and these terms. The store does not guarantee compatibility outside the stated requirements or uninterrupted operation on every computer configuration.

Back up important data before installation. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ProSoftStore is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, including loss of data, production time, business opportunity, or profit arising from unsupported systems, customer configuration, failure to maintain backups, or use outside the product description.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ProSoftStore’s total liability relating to an affected order will not exceed the amount actually paid to ProSoftStore for that order.

These limitations do not apply where liability cannot legally be excluded or limited.

18. Changes to These Terms

ProSoftStore may update these terms when store procedures, products, support conditions, or legal requirements change. The revision date appears at the top of this page. The terms presented during the order process apply to that order, except where mandatory law requires otherwise.

19. Contact

Questions about an order, delivery, compatibility, installation, cancellation, or these terms should be sent through the ProSoftStore contact page.

Include the product name, version, order email address, and a clear description of the issue. Do not publish order links or private payment information in public messages.
