Our site is a software shop, all software, that needs registration, already opened or has serial numbers. You can use it on any computers you want.

In what currency are listed prices?
All listed prices are in US dollars.

I want buy your programs, how can I make payment?
Please, go to "Payment Information" page and read about payment methods.

Click on "Buy" button, fill in the form (please use your real e-mail address) and press "Submit".

You will receive reply from us with payment details.

If you ordered a few products - you will receive total cost with discount (if any).

I see the product with Service Pack (SP) or Update - what this mean? Does this mean that it is a Service Pack/Update only? Do I need to have software preinstalled?
You will receive full version software including Service Pack/Maintenance Pack/Update. We sell only full versions of software. We do not sell Updates without software.

Can I receive program on CD (DVD) disk?
Sorry, no.

Are these software products for Windows or for MAC?
Most of our software is for PC (Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows 7/8/8.1/10/11) platfrom, software for Mac is labeled ("for Mac").

You can ask us to provide you System Requirements for the software you want to purchase.

All software were tested and we do guarantee that all programs are 100% full working versions.

I made payment for my order 12 hours ago, but I didn't receive any link to download.
Sorry, sometimes we need up to 24 hours to confirm your payment from our billing company, but usually it takes up to 2-3 hours.

Is your software full version?
We guarantee that all our programs are the 100% full working versions. We do not sell student/trial/demo versions.

If I purchase any software from your site will I be able to get any updates?
Contact us if you want to receive an update for the software you already purchased.

Make sure that updated version is already listed on our site.

What do I get when I order something from you?
You will receive direct download links for RAR self-extracting files.

We strongly recommend to use download manager to get your files from server without errors.

You will also receive the activation key, serial number or cd key necessary to activate the software so it work. Note, that you will not be able to register the software with the manufacturer and get their support, but we will do our best to support you any way possible. This includes providing different updates and service packs. However some updates will still be available from manufacturers, in fact most of them.

I have downloaded a few files with names "filename.part1.exe", "filename.part2.rar", "filename.part*.rar" - what I need to do with these files?
If you downloaded a few files with names "filename.part1.exe", "filename.part2.rar", "filename.part*.rar":

place all them to the same folder and start extraction from the first volume. All the rest parts will be unpacked automatically.

Where is the serial number?
Read "readme.txt" or "how_to_install.txt" or "install.txt" or "serial.txt".

I can't to extract downloaded file, I see CRC errors.
You have downloaded your package with errors. Please, download again and use "Free Download Manager" for download programs - it is free. Or use "Internet Download Manager" - it is faster and has trial period.
